Ordering custom grillz online is easy. Once you place your order, we take care of the rest. Every set is custom-made specifically to fit your teeth.
Place Your Order
Choose your grillz style, metal, finish, and number of teeth and complete your order online. Because grillz are a custom product, your set will be made specifically from molds of your teeth.
Receive Your Molding Kit
After your order is placed, KC Custom Jewelry will ship a molding kit directly to you. Your kit will include the materials needed to take impressions of your teeth along with instructions.
Take 2–3 Good Molds
Follow the instructions and take 2–3 clear, complete molds of the teeth being covered.
Bite down completely and capture the full shape of your teeth and gum line. Poor molds may need to be redone and can delay your order.
Ship Your Molds Back
Securely package and ship your molds to us. Use a shipping service with tracking.

We Create Your Custom Grillz
Once we receive and approve your molds, production begins. Your grillz are individually made to match your selected design, fit, metal, finish, cuts, stones, and customization options. Finishing, polishing, stone setting, and QC follow.
Your Grillz Are Shipped to You
Once finished and passed QC, your set is packaged and shipped.
How Long Does It Take?
Typically 4 weeks including molding kit receipt, returning molds, production, finishing, and shipment. Times may vary by design complexity, shipping, mold quality, and production volume.
Every grill is custom-made from the molds you provide. Accurate molds are extremely important. If molds are not usable, we may ask for new impressions before production begins.
