How long does a custom piece take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Most custom orders are completed within 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes — we repair all types of fine jewelry including rings, chains, bracelets, watches, and more. Services include resizing, prong retipping, clasp replacement, polishing, and stone resetting. Bring your piece in or contact us to get started.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we partner with American First Finance to offer flexible financing options. You can explore and apply directly through our Financing page. No complicated terms — just a simple online process.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're located at 104 Southland Mall, Hayward, CA 94545. Our hours are Monday–Thursday 11AM–7PM, Friday & Saturday 11AM–8PM, and Sunday 11AM–6PM. Holiday hours may vary.
